One Chapter Ends...The Next Begins!

I have happy news for those of you who listen to the music edition of The Smiles Show. Starting on Wednesday, April 2nd, The Smiles Show will have a new radio station home at 103.1 FM KUTZ radio in Sacramento. Like KUBU, KUTZ is a low-power FM station, and it can be picked up in the Midtown Sacramento area. There is also a website and online audio player where you can access the station from anywhere at https://www.kutzfm.org/.

I’ve already been working with several of the folks at KUTZ, including Jason and John, and everyone has been very welcoming and awesome!

The music edition will continue to be on Wednesday afternoons from 2 to 3 PM, and I’m grateful to KUTZ for allowing me to continue the programming on the same day and time of the week.

The show will still feature a different music theme each week, and of course, will welcome your theme suggestions. I’m very excited to continue the journey of music themes, independent radio, and low power FM fun with you on KUTZ starting on Wednesday, April 2nd at 2pm!

I also want to do a shout out to my friend William Fuller, who let me know about KUTZ radio, and also has a cool music program on Wednesday afternoons at 4 PM on KUTZ, The League of Musical Detectorists! I encourage you to check out his show as well!
